I'm in need of a comprehensive maintenance program for a construction material conveyor belt. This includes:
- Regular inspection and necessary repairs
- Thorough cleaning and lubrication
- Belt replacement when required
- Periodic preventive maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, and an annual scale.
Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in technologically-driven maintenance work, specifically with conveyor belts. Having a keen eye for detail, understanding engineering concepts, and practical knowledge are critical.
I would also like a checklist to be included in the recommendations in the form of a table where observations and recommendations resulting from the verification can be ticked.
