We are an established industrial 3D animation and next-gen technology company ( Augmented Reality, Virtual reality, interactive application ) poised for growth and are looking for an ambitious communications manager to join our expanding team. As the communications manager, you will oversee all aspects of the messaging and marketing of the company. You will also lead in all communications with new and existing clients.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Client side
Work with the Director to develop project proposals, cost estimates and project plans
Maintain strong interpersonal relations with all customers (cordial but professional)
Manage all email and phone correspondence with new and existing clients
Organize and lead meetings, keeping notes on client requests and customer satisfaction
Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders
Define project scope and communicate any project scope changes to clients
Company side
Write case studies and news briefs for completed work to use on website and social media
Oversee communications for new products, events, and promotions
Develop marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty
Work to identify clients’ needs and pinpoint new business opportunities to help serve our clients better and in turn, increase our company’s total revenue
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Excellent writer who can develop case studies, marketing content, and project proposals
Proficient oral communicator, who can lead meetings and present materials to clients
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
Experience in managing social media platforms, which includes content creation and demand generation
Demonstrate strong business acumen, quick to manage potential business risks and opportunities
