Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
Urgently Hiring: Fundraisers for Non-Profit Organization – London
Global Minds Therapy Organization CIC (Registered in England, Company No. 16203620) is urgently seeking experienced Fundraisers to join our mission of providing free psychotherapy services to children, seniors, and low-income individuals across the UK and worldwide (in-person and online).
We are looking for motivated Fundraisers with proven experience and strong networks who can quickly secure donations and grants to support our life-changing programs.
Compensation Structure (First Year – Testing Phase):
5% commission on all donations and grants raised.
If annual donations and grants exceed £200,000, the fundraiser will receive a fixed monthly salary of £2,000 plus 5% commission on all further donations and grants.
Opportunities for career growth and long-term contracts after the first year based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure donations, sponsorships, and grants.
Build relationships with donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
Develop fundraising strategies and proposals aligned with our organization’s goals.
Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fundraising (especially for non-profits or charities).
Strong network of potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making bodies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
