I have a draft 48-page literature review in Civil Engineering that requires a final edit before submission to a peer-reviewed journal. The draft paper has been reviewed twice and needs one more significant review before it is ready to be submitted to a peer-review journal.

The literature review paper is not highly technical so does not require advanced degrees in engineering. But does require someone with experience in publishing papers in peer-review journals.
