Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Development:
Develop and design engaging webinar content focused on career exploration, academic planning, and professional development.
Incorporate multimedia elements, case studies, and real-world examples to enhance the learning experience.
Presentation and Facilitation:
Deliver live webinars to student audiences, providing guidance on various career paths, industry trends, and skill development.
Foster an interactive and inclusive environment through Q&A sessions, polls, and discussions.
Individual Mentoring:
Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals through in-depth discussions.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest developments in various industries to provide relevant and up-to-date information to students.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content development team, incorporating feedback and contributing to the continuous improvement of webinar materials.
Collaborate with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to extend the reach of our career guidance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Industry Experts having 5+ years of experience
Proven experience in career counseling, mentoring, or related roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to connect with and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
Tech-savvy with experience in conducting webinars or online presentations.
