Business manager and media developer and promoter

I am a therapist living in Israel. I’m originally from Argentina and speak Spanish, English and Hebrew fluently.
I am looking to grow my client base and need help with the following: planning and executing promotional campaigns, brainstorming new ways to offer my services, planning live and online events, converting my insights into social media posts. I would provide the material and I need help putting it out into the world.
I foresee the job as requiring several hours a week of work, and open-ended in terms of time scale.
My audience is English and Spanish speakers, and I need someone fluent in both languages, both writing and speaking.
