Users have reached the payment page which outlines different plans they can select (1 month, 3 month, 6 month).
We are trying to maximize the rate people click the button to buy their selected package.
Typically users will land on the payment page after receiving a message and attempting to reply. In order to reply you must pay. So when they go to respond to the message they got they see a notification saying. “You must upgrade to reply” which then takes them to the payment page.
Goal:
We want to test different calls to action for the button on our payment page in order to determine which call to action will increase the button click rate and payment rate.
Task:
Research articles on crafting call to action text
Create at least 5 call to action texts
Review the existing 5 call to action texts for grammar, spelling, etc
Rank the existing call to actions
