Blog Introduction

I need to to create an engaging introduction for some blogs we have written.
The introduction will be roughly 50 words or less.
You are to read a short blog less than 750 words and then create an engaging introduction.
The introduction will be used as part of a Facebook post to get people to click on the link to read the blog.
The blogs are about exercise and health. So you should have some understanding about this topic.
Here is a rough example
"One of Perth's Top Functional Trainers shows how to increase your pull-ups in as little as 20 minutes per week. "
That was only 20 words.. Of course the length will depend on the blog your are introducing..
$1 per piece.
