Bilingual Instagram Content Creator Needed

I'm looking for a professional who can help me with creating bilingual content (Arabic and English) for my Instagram channel. I have a need for static posts, stories, and IGTV videos.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting engaging and creative bilingual content for Instagram
- Creating static posts (images with text)
- Developing Stories (short-term content)
- Producing IGTV videos (longer form content)
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Understand and write fluently in both Arabic and English
- Have a good understanding of Instagram's audience and trends
- Be able to engage and grow my audience with the content
- Have a creative approach to content creation
