black cookies is a snack that is going viral in Malaysia now. But black cookies are very easy to make and you can try them at home
MATERIAL A
-pure butter=180g
-brown sugar=100g
-caster sugar=100g
-egg grade A=1 egg
-vanilla essence=1tsp
MATERIAL B
-wheat flour=220g
-corn flour=50g
-cocoa powder=30g
-black cocoa powder=15g
- baking soda = 1 tsp
- baking powder = 1 tsp
1. Mix ingredients A together
2. put ingredient B into ingredient A that has been mixed
3. rest the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
4.form the mixture into a pan
5. bake in an oven with a temperature of 170c above, 120c below for 15 minutes
