My Concierge is a women founded and operated company that kick off on 2008 by Betty Pichardo and short after Alex Guzman joins to run the operation office. Betty and Alex married while doing their MBA and working as partners with private business consultant in Mexico. Time flies and under Betty’s kind supervision, incredible lead and endless advices My Concierge have made it a tru 15 years of outstanding operations with a clean reputation and sales record.
Back in 2008, things were a bit different, and My Concierge was founded under the guidance of the top service criteria, following the “Les clef d’or” concierge services and Bettys experience as former international internal audit manager and CPA. The selling line back then was ¨Need a managing solution, simple; just call My Concierge”
After all this way since then, hundreds of Concierge kind companies have surface, with a lost sense high-end service. Making our clients felt lost and confusion mistaken us with other companies that adopts similar names. It has being a long time journey trying to find a mew branding identity that show us as we are, and nothing reflect more of us that Betty incredible kind heart. Today we announce that at the end of this season My Concierge will be rebranded and continue its operations as -Heartwarming Villas-. We are sure the spirit of uplifting travels will reflect even more on our clients and mates.
The new brand will begin operation on My Concierge 15th anniversary, and will be My Concierge the holding company of Heartwarming villas among all the other projects.
