Article Writers $25 per 1,000 words

I am looking for multiple (up to 5) article writers for a blog about cars. The content is aimed at readers in US states (and Canada)
RATE:
The starting rate is $0.025 USD per word ($25 USD per 1,000 words ) however, I am open to increasing this over time with good work.
BRIEFS:
Briefs will be thorough. You will be provided with all of the subheadings + notes on what to cover. You will also be provided with a specific example of a similar article written by me. This should significantly reduce your research + writing time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Perfect, Native English English & Grammer
- The ability to write in an easy to understand the way
- Good research skills
- Be able to quote sources throughout your articles
- The ability to follow writing guidelines closely
