Analyzing Employee Voice Impact: Trump's Administration

The topic is employee "voice" in multiple forms as used or not used (voice vs. silence and obedient "loyalty" as Trump defines it) in recent news. In the Trump administration (2016-202) staff seemed silent but some did, sometimes, disagree and serve as guardrails. However, many in the public angrily insisted staff should quit as a matter of principle. More recently, during Trump's candidacy, former Trump staff and corporate CEOs (media and others) are sometimes silent and sometimes not, with private voice sometimes differing from public.
I hope Kamala wins, in which case I would highlight the potential benefits of voice as "Strategic proaction" that preserves and strengthens democracy and forges best possible futures. If Trump wins, well, then I have to decide how far to go with my voice.
