Write a 1500-2000 word critical reflection essay based on the relevant issues listed below and social contexts of learners in diverse classrooms. (There are a few PDF’s I will send you to read in order to gain context.)
Explore how secondary school teachers can create positive pathways for all students in diverse classrooms by:
- Utilising high expectations frameworks for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students,
- Valuing socially inclusive teaching and social justice pedagogies
- Incorporating anti-racist pedagogies
- Challenging gender bias in the curriculum
