PT notes 2023

I am looking for someone to create PT notes relating to home health visits for my team. I am open to suggestions for the formatting of the notes and am looking for more than 20 to be completed. This should be detailed work with input from myself and my team to ensure accuracy and quality. I want the PT notes to be thoroughly checked, edited, and proofread before they are submitted to us.
