Writer for a Blog Helping Readers Become Writers, (Proofreaders & Editors)

You're a writer. Do you love what you do, and want to help others experience the same enjoyment?
We're looking for 2-3 writers to help us build a resource for aspiring writers, proofreaders & editors.
You will be given thorough instructions for writing in-depth articles on the above topics. You'll be expected to intensively research each topic you discuss.
We're specifically looking for writers that can tailor their work around their personal experience in the industry. Rather than a bland listicle template, we're looking for honest stories, real expertise, and a '1-on-1 conversation' feel in your work.

Target Audience:
People looking to change careers into a remote position (freelance or W2) working as a writer, proofreader or editor.
Most content will be geared towards professionals in their 30's-50's considering a big career change. We're looking to build a community of people dissatisfied with their current work, those looking to make a bigger (or different) impact with their career, and those looking to embark on a freelance or entrepreneurial path (possibly following a passion of theirs).
Required:
- IMPORTANT: Bid your rate for 5,000 words. (Example: $0.10/word * 5,000 words = $500).
- BE SURE you mention any experience you may have with midlife career changes in your application.
- Willingness to research thoroughly.
- Fun, creative & interesting writing style.

1. You will be given a content template to follow for structuring each of your articles. This should help you know exactly what we're looking for in your content.
2. Your task will generally be to write a 1000 - 5000 word article discussing the topic given.
3. Use the word "WITHIN" in your application.
4. You will receive excellent feedback (if earned) with potential to be kept on as a long term writer.
