Write Article on Citizen Developer Movement

I have created new database software that allows a person to create a database from scratch with no coding or IT skills in support of the Citizen Developer No-Code movement. I want an article written (a few paragraphs long) describing the Citizen Developer movement in plain language that anyone with average computer skills can understand. I want to avoid complex technical jargon because that is not consistent with the idea of the Citizen Developer.
