Update 750-Word Wikipedia Draft Needs Refining & Posting On Wikipedia
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a 750-word draft sitting in DraftSpace that was declined yesterday. The link is REDACTED.
Once your quote for this work has been approved by me I will rewrite the passages that need honing and compile every reliable source we need to cite. Your job will be to drop the new wording into the existing draft, re-work the references so they meet Wikipedia’s citation templates and tidy up any knock-on formatting issues the swap may create.
Once we are agreed on a fee you will receive:
• A Word doc containing the revised text in the exact order it should appear.
• A list of sources (URLs, books, journals) alongside the sentences they support.
What I will need back for review before publication are:
• The full wikitext with the new prose inserted.
• All citations formatted in a style most acceptable to Wikipedia (whether that ends up as Template:Cite web, news, book, etc. is up to you).
• A brief edit summary you can paste when resubmitting/updating the article noting the changes and addressing the original decline reason.
Please stick to standard Wikipedia MOS, neutral tone, reliable sourcing, and no promotional language. You will handle the update/re-submission and if further work is required we will agree a fee for that before proceeding.
