Rewrite/edit/rephrase an article professionally

I have written an article that is to be published in a newspaper. The US newspaper is for native English speakers (I am not), so I want someone who is a native English speaker to edit/rewrite the article for me!
The article is of the political science domain, hence it'll be better if you have some connection to the subject, but it isnt a necessity!
