Rewrite/edit a newspaper article

I have to submit an article to the newspaper to print.
The newspaper is a US newspaper for native English speakers and I am not!
So I want some native English speaker to rewrite/edit the article for me!
The article is of political science background so it’ll help if the editor has some relation to it, but it isn’t a necessity.
