Rewrite a Legal Documents

I need a plagiarism document , the seller must have to be good in English;fast in typing; Cannot change the Legal terms, Wordings, purpose, meaning of the sentences; and need to edit the whole document about 75 Pages & some paragraphs - need to be edited( the seller also need to make some summary paragraph from other documents & need to Import to the said document).
