Rewrite, Edit Content, Format, and Remove Similarity Scores

I need an experienced freelancer to work on academic documentation write-ups. The main goal is to rewrite and edit the content, and also format it professionally. The papers should be edited, all aspects of similarity scores or plagiarism should be removed (zero similarity with plagiarism checker), and format the paper with a good layout. There are two files. This needs to be completed as soon as possible. Budget - $100 (negotiable)

1st file - 2663 words
2nd file - 7946 words

Additionally, the work will involve removing any similarity scores from the content.
