I need a thorough revision of a brief detailing the advocacy for treatment and care of adult rare diseases. Major focus will be on the background information and treatment options sections.
For the 'Background information' section:
* The content needs to be updated with statistics and prevalence of adult rare diseases.
* There should be detailed information regarding the current challenges and limitations in providing treatment and care for these diseases.
In the 'Treatment options' section:
* Highlight the need for increased screening and treatment programs for adults, not just children.
