Project Proposal Copy Editing

I am looking for a copy editor to edit my project proposal. The current length of the proposal is 8 pages, and I would like it remain less than 9 pages. The main approach should be summarized in 7 pages, with up to 2 pages dedicated to alternate approaches at the end. The deadline for the edited proposal is end of day on Sunday, May 7, 2023 (PST).
