OSHA complain Letter

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me write an OSHA complaint letter regarding discrimination/harassment in my workplace. I don't have any specific incidents to include, but I have general concerns that need to be addressed. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing legal documents and be familiar with OSHA regulations. The project needs to be completed within a week, so the freelancer should be able to work efficiently under a tight deadline.
