Non-Fiction Science Editor Needed

I am the developer of several well know, frequently prescribed and culture changing healthcare products. I'm currently working on a non-fiction healthcare book, and I'm in need of an experienced editor/accomplice to help me write it..

The book will delve into the story of how we discovered and developed these products, how they have impacted society as a whole. Any past experience in healthcare or medical editing would be beneficial. Top qualifications for the ideal candidate would be:
- Experience in copy-editing and proofreading
- Assist with organization development and building the story line
- An understanding of the specific demands of non-fiction writing
- In essence, I would prefer a 'writing partner' who can help me develop an interesting well rounded story

I'm looking for someone who can transcribe content from various interviews, provide insightful feedback, can help organize content and structure, while also flagging any grammar or spelling errors. I need an editor who can help me tell the story, communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
