Looking for a writer in law

Hello I am looking to hire a writer who knows about the laws of Australia. I would prefer a lawyer or an attorney, but even if you are not, that would not create a lot of issue for me. The person who bids should be familiar with Welfare law of Australia, but you don't necessarily need to be a lawyer. This shall be content for my blog, hence it should be professional to professional communication style and not made for laymen, so I would expect technical terms and case laws associated.
