Looking for an article writer with good research capability -

I am running one technical and nontechnical blog. Due to my workload, I am looking for article writers who are good at writing for both technical and non-tech topics. In the past, I hired some freelancers who just did copy-paste jobs. Just alter the sentence from other blogs and submit it for me. So, please understand I don't want to rewrite articles. Many rewriting tools will do better at those things. So, I want writers who understand the concept and research the appropriate topic after writing their own words is more important. My rate is Rs.150 per 1000 words. Interested let me know thanks.
