We are looking for a full-time marketing assistant/content creator to support our restaurant (Nankwase) and gym (Fresh & Fit) brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging visual content (videos, photos, flyers, posters, menus, banners, etc.)
• Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Shoot high-quality and interesting content on-site (food, fitness, events)
• Plan and execute weekly promotions, campaigns, and themed activities
• Assist with event promotion, coverage, and live updates
• Build and manage customer contact lists for WhatsApp and email campaigns
• Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements
• Submit a detailed monthly performance report
Skills Required:
• Strong photography and videography skills (especially mobile content)
• Experience with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.
• Excellent social media management and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of marketing trends and customer engagement tactics
• Highly organized, creative, and results-driven
