I will hand you a set of raw interview transcripts—multiple voices, some overlap, plenty of side-comments—and need them woven into a single, 1 500-word feature for our internal magazine. The narrative centres on the importance of speed to market in food manufacturing, so you’ll be balancing operational detail with an engaging, conversational tone that feels relatable to every employee, from plant floor to R&D.

You’ll have the freedom to choose the best pull-quotes, reorder anecdotes, and tighten technical explanations while still letting each speaker’s personality come through. Familiarity with editing long-form interviews, plus a comfort level with manufacturing jargon, will help you hit the ground running.
