Help our Boss. Please keep the business going

To keep the boss and business going.
Recent health issues ate through my savings and a private nurse got paid 200-250% of my salary.
I am now completely out of funds.
I lost 60% of my eyesight. Became partially paralyzed.
My employees are protecting me and the company and i do not want them to be out of work. And i cannot be out of my home. I have no family. They are my family.
