Full-Time Remote Startup Associate - $300/month + Growth Potential

We're hiring a full-time remote operator to support FlashAid - a UK-based healthtech startup (flashaid.co.uk / flashaid-ai.com). You’ll be working directly with the founders, available almost 24/7 for small but important tasks that keep the startup moving.

This is a hands-on role and a rare learning opportunity to see how a real startup operates from the inside.

Example Tasks:
- Create social media posts
- Shorten scripts, update pitch decks (Figma)
- Find and manage freelancers/agencies
- Manage reviews (Google Play, App Store, etc.)
- Format contracts from templates
- Write and send emails
- Help with fundraising tasks
- Handle small urgent tasks, fast

Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Extremely reliable & fast responder
- Available most of the time, including weekends if needed
- Self-sufficient and fast learner

Offer:
- $300/month paid weekly
- Full-time contract after a 2-day paid trial
- Possibility of small equity in the company if performance is strong
