Fathers grave side service

We are having a small graveside service for my father who passed away. He was not religious. We were estranged in my younger years but got close later. I just cannot put the words together as our relationship was not perfect so its not the standard " you were my hero speech" Also it will be just about 10 family members that already know about his life. I am stuck with putting the words together
