Email Marketing Proofreader Needed

I’m putting together a new email marketing sequence and matching posts for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and I want every word to land perfectly. What I need first and foremost is an eagle-eyed proofreader who can polish the copy so it’s free of typos, awkward phrasing or inconsistent tone.

Here’s the flow:
• I’ll share draft emails and the short social captions that accompany each send.
• You return two files for each piece—one showing tracked changes, the other clean and client-ready.
• Alongside the corrections, add quick notes when a subject line or call-to-action could be stronger, since these touches directly affect open rates and clicks.

The writing is already outlined; your job is tightening, clarifying and catching the little things I might miss. Experience with email marketing copy is a plus, because you’ll instantly recognise when length, preview text or compliance wording might need a tweak for deliverability.

I work in Google Docs and sometimes Word, so please be comfortable in both. Turnaround is important—I’m aiming for a 24-hour window per 500-word batch once the project starts.
