Editing Policy docs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi,
I am starting a business. I almost have my website designed – about one or two weeks away from posting it to the server. For my website I wrote Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Pricing Terms and Conditions (please see them attached). I am looking for professional people to edit them. If you can do it, please let me know and give me a quote. I am looking for those documents to get edited and framed professionally.
The website is still in the development process, but you can see it and get a good idea about it:

Pricing Terms and Conditions are on the home page. At the bottom of the home page there are links to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. The docs are not updated on the site. The most updated ones are attached to this email.
The business name is ArtVid Shop. I am a videographer. I do video editing for people. Sometimes I order services from other videographers.
Here is how our website works. The communication with the customer is done online, through our website only.
- A customer comes to our site. They provide their email and an automatically generated password is sent to them. Using the email and the password they log in to their project dashboard (which is automatically created for this particular project).
- Once in the dashboard, the customer uploads their videos/photos directly to our site and tells us what video/photo product they would like to receive. They provide any instructions/ideas they want.
- We review the video/photo files and the instructions and give the customer a quote.
- After we agree on the price, the customer pays the amount using a credit card (right from the dashboard).
- After the payment is made, we edit those videos/photos and make a final video/photo product.
- The customer downloads the product from our website (in the form of a video or photo file).
- Usually there are a few revisions. The previous two steps are repeated until the customer is happy.
So, you can see that besides their video/photo material, the customer only provides their email and credit card information for payments. In the Privacy Policy document attached, I described how we handle each of those items provided by the customer. Also I describe a few other things that I felt are needed to be in the Privacy Policy.
Thanks,
Mikhail
