Data Editing / A writer and proofreading

I'm looking to hire a professional writer and proofreader for a personal statement project. The document needs to be written in a creative style and the proofreading should pay special attention to grammar and punctuation. Unfortunately, I do not have a pre-existing style guide because this is a new project, but I'm looking for someone with experience in these areas and who can make the document sound exciting and engaging.
I want the statement to be proofread with great attention to detail to ensure that the grammar and punctuation is impeccable. Although the content must be accurate, style consistency is not as important. I am willing to pay for quality work and look forward to working with whoever applies.
