Create Wikipedia page

I am looking for somebody to create a Wikipedia page for a person. The page will need to be written with accurate information, and should use reliable and verifiable sources. I have some pertinent sources of reference, however I may need help finding more. In terms of my level of involvement, I want to review and approve all content. I would prefer to review any new information before it is added to the page, so that I can make sure it is accurate and relevant.
