Copywriting project - Philosophy background is needed

I need a 5000 to 6000 word article written (along the lines of responsible innovation, ethics) based on previously but loosely written article from a document and additional handwritten notes. Coherent, structured, logical and engaging article is needed based on the content provided to you. Background in Philosophy would be ideal. Basically shape up, revise, rewrite and add a bit more content to develop an article from previous work
