Academic Paper Editing & Proofreading
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm seeking an experienced editor and proofreader for my undergraduate academic paper focused on Business and Economics.
Key Requirements:
make sure the sections flow together and humanize it so remove any AI and just check the instructions my professor gave us and make sure we covered them all
The report should cover the below concepts (based on the company’s UAE operations):
1. Include an introduction about the company and its industry.
2. Analyze the company’s organizational culture using the six dimensions.
3. Discuss the company’s involvement in international business and how they are global.
4. Discuss the company’s current method of departmentalization.
5. Discuss the company’s different financial and non-financial motivation practices.
6. Use your collected information to conduct a SWOT analysis properly.
7. Use your collected information to analyze Porter’s Five Forces properly.
8. Based on all the above discussions and analysis, produce a business-level and a corporate-
level strategic recommendation. Your recommendations should be specific, not something
already mentioned by the interviewee or something the company already intends to do.
Additionally, you cannot use “Concentration” as a recommended strategy. Each
recommendation should include the following:
a. Recommendation
b. Justification
c. Benefits to the company and possible hurdles to overcome.
Sections 6, 7, and 8 above should be written based on your analysis, not on explicit input from the
company or someone else’s analysis. For example, do not search online for “SWOT of XYZ.”
• Your report should be professionally presented and formatted. It should include:
o Cover page
o Table of contents
o References (use APA style) if needed
• This is an academic document, which means you must use references and in-text citations
where needed correctly. Any violation will be reported as an Academic Integrity violation.
• The use of all AI tools and resources is prohibited.
• Your report should be consistent in its language and tone. It should read as if it is written by
one person and not an accumulation of multiple writers. Your report must be cohesive and
well-thought-through. Explain your thoughts thoroughly, but do not be all over the place.
• Do not define concepts taught in class. You can assume the reader is well-versed in MGT 201
concepts and theories.
• I will not restrict you to a certain number of pages to write for your written report; however,
as a general guideline, your report should be at least 12 pages, not including cover pages,
table of contents, appendices, references, and images.
• Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation are expected. Proofread your work.
• Use Calibri font (size 11 and double-spaced). Set the page size to A4; the margins should be 1
