APA to Harvard Bluebook Citation Conversion – Chapter Editing

I have a single chapter (approximately [insert word count]) formatted in APA style that needs to be converted into Harvard Bluebook (21st ed.) format. The task involves:
- Re-styling the entire document to align with Bluebook rules, including citations and footnotes.
- Converting all APA in-text citations into correctly numbered footnotes following Bluebook standards.
- Editing and standardizing each footnote for case names, abbreviations, signals, pin cites, supra/infra, id., italics, etc.
- Delivering two Word files: one with tracked changes and one clean version ready for publication.

This is a trial project for one chapter. If successful, additional chapters will be assigned under separate projects.

Ideal Freelancer Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience editing academic or legal documents in both APA and Harvard Bluebook formats (samples required).
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with MS Word styles and cross-references.
