Traditional Exterior House Pencil Sketch

I’m preparing a very personal gift for my mother: a hand-rendered pencil drawing of the exterior of our 100-year-old family home. I already have the original floor plans and plenty of reference photos; once we connect I’ll share everything you need.

Scope
The assignment focuses solely on the façade—no interior layouts are required. I’d like the sketch kept traditional, clean, and professional, with enough architectural detail to convey the character of the house without over-stylised shading. Think classic architectural illustration, done entirely in graphite.

• Brick lining

Timing & format
I’d like to receive the finished artwork within 4–6 weeks. If you’re working by hand, a high-resolution scan (600 dpi or better) will be fine for preview, but I will also need the original sheet in another copy; JPG.

Budget & payment
My budget is between $150 – $200, with the first milestone on approval of the initial layout study and the remainder on final delivery.
