Realistic Family Portrait

I'm looking for a talented oil painter to create a realistic portrait of 2-3 family members.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in realistic oil painting
- Experience with group portraits
- Attention to detail and ability to capture likeness
- Strong color theory and composition skills

Please provide samples of previous work and estimated time for completion.
Will be drawing from pictures. Grandfather is deceased and I am looking to create a portrait of him and how two grandchildren.
