Photorealistic Full-Body Portrait

I'm looking for a highly skilled artist to create a photorealistic full-body drawing of a person based on my detailed description. The artwork should be in color and feature a setting as the background. I am looking for someone to draw my alters for me. Preferably separately and one at a time. I'd like to get a portrait style drawing of them as well as a full scene drawing of them. This will be an ongoing project that is accomplished one picture at a time.
