Military Challenge Coin Art Design

We are going to send you very close mockups, I need the designs to be remade into vector files that our factory can use to create challenge coin molds from, so i need you to be able to create a vector proof that a challenge coin factory can use. I am uploading a design we created on AI that we love but we need it fixed so that it will be usable for the challenge coin factory, we also need a key on the side of pms of enamel colors, size of coin in inches and whether it is hard enamel soft enamel, the metal color what is raised, things that should be 3D and if something on the coin will need to be UV printed can you set up the coin ai generated picture so we can actually use it.
