I want a clear, engaging curriculum that introduces absolute beginners to acrylic painting on canvas. The core outcome is to teach practical painting techniques, with special emphasis on smooth blending and creating attractive gradients.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A step-by-step syllabus covering roughly 6–8 short lessons. Each lesson should build skills logically, starting with brush control and paint consistency, then moving into colour mixing, light-to-dark transitions, and finally multi-colour gradient effects.
• Simple practice exercises and one small project per lesson so students immediately apply what they learn.
• Concise tutor notes (or short demo video scripts if you prefer) that explain why each step matters—keep the language friendly and free of jargon.
• A basic materials list suited to beginners: canvas sizes, a limited palette of student-grade acrylics, and two or three essential brushes.
I don’t need deep art history or advanced brushwork styles right now; the spotlight stays on blending and gradients. By the end of the course, every student should be able to lay down smooth sky or sunset backgrounds without streaks.
