Children's Book Photo Illustration

I need creative illustrations for an elementary-age children's book. The illustrations will be based on photos, where characters (based on photos) are set in imaginative / variéd backgrounds.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in photo manipulation
- Experience in creating engaging backgrounds
- Ability to maintain a cohesive style throughout the book
- approx 15 images per book with colour & style thème to engage primary age children
- Prior work in children's book illustrations is a plus
