Children’s Book Illustrator Needed for “The Cat Who Ran the Chippy” (24-Page Picture Book)

I’m looking for a professional children’s book illustrator to create 24 full-page or double-page illustrations for my picture book titled “The Cat Who Ran the Chippy.”
The story is humorous, warm, and set inside a British fish and chips shop, featuring a cat named Zeus as the main character and a team of funny shop staff.

Style:
• Bright, detailed, storybook style (similar to The Gruffalo or Paw Patrol look)
• Consistent character designs across all pages (Zeus the cat, Mr Crunchy, Saucy Sue, Cassie, Salt Vince, Bobby, etc.)
• Scenes include shop interiors, funny cooking action, light British humour
• Must be suitable for ages 3–7

Deliverables:
• 12–15 full double-page illustrations (landscape A4)
• Clean text-free versions (for layout) + final versions with text overlay
• Cover page (already designed – no need to redo)
• Editable high-resolution files (PNG or layered PSD preferred)
• Commercial rights included

Timeline:

I’m flexible but ideally looking for completion within 4–6 weeks.
