ARKit in iOS - ONE Sample Product

I require an expert in ARKit in iOS.
We are going to create AR animation from opening camera and viewing products.
1. Open camera to start AR. This is from within an already finished App.
2. Detect specific object of one brand and produce Animation or Data around and over the objext.
3. Track the user movement and object in the camera.
4. Allow any interactions on screen with the objext such as "Buy", "Race", etc
