I need a simulation model for a public transport bus system in an arena setting.

Arena Simulation Project: Bus Route Optimization

The primary issue with the current bus route is severe overcrowding. Due to an excessive number of passengers, the bus dispatch intervals are not being maintained, and the high passenger volume creates safety concerns.

Here are the conditions for the current bus route model:

15 Bus Stops: The route consists of 15 bus stops (St01 to St15). It's a circular route, meaning once a bus arrives at St15, it proceeds back to St01.
Bus Capacity: Each bus has a maximum capacity of 45 passengers. If a bus arrives at a stop and has no available seats, passengers who cannot board are assumed to be "disposed" (i.e., they cannot board and are recorded as balking). This "balking" needs to be recorded in the simulation.
Number of Buses: Five (5) buses operate on this route.
Passenger Generation, Boarding/Alighting Times, and Travel Times: These parameters will follow specific distributions, for which I will provide the data separately.
As you will see from the provided data, this route is characterized by most boarding and alighting occurring at specific stops. (Please let me know if you need anything else. i'm new on this platform)

To address the current issues and improve the bus route's efficiency, I have considered the following alternatives:

Bus Stop Simplification:
Delete the following stops: St02, St03, St04, St05, St08, St11, St12, St13, St14.
Stops 02, 03, 04, 05, 11, 12, 13, and 14 are almost never used for boarding or alighting.
Stop 08 is heavily utilized, but it is very close in proximity to Stop 09. For maximum route efficiency, Stop 08 will be removed, and passengers will instead use Stop 09.
Increase in Bus Fleet:
Add two (2) additional buses to the route, bringing the total to seven (7) buses.
I would appreciate it if you could develop Arena models for both the current problem-ridden bus route and the improved route with the proposed alternatives applied.
