Arena & Simio Supply Chain Simulations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have two separate yet related simulation tasks ready to be built and verified:
• An Arena 2022 model that captures a supply-chain-management scenario. The focus is on realistic process logic, solid data inputs, and clear performance measures so I can experiment with inventory policies and distribution settings afterwards.
• A Simio model of similar scope, created from scratch in the latest desktop release, with enough flexibility for me to tweak routing and resource rules on my own.
For each task I need the finished simulation file, a concise explanation of the key assumptions you used, and a short run-results snapshot so I can confirm the model behaves as intended. When you respond, highlight your direct experience working with Arena 2022 and Simio on supply-chain or logistics projects; that’s the most important factor for me in choosing the right collaborator.
